spectacular night! spec as in spectacle.. we are all suppose to wear unique and funky spec to EDGE service at jurong west church on fri 26/09.
so wat is edge about? it is a service cathered for all the youth in chc. preached by pst zhuang, he shared a impactful message with us. WHAT ABOUT NOW? we all have visions and dreams about our future - driving nice car, doing great works for God, impacting lives. That is, in the future. Pastor set us thinking, what about now? your visions and dreams do not just happen miraculously. start doing sth NOW and set a platform for your destiny and calling from God.
I was really impacted by what pastor preached.

All this may sound like we have a hectic schedule and busy lifestyle in RP. but tell u the truth! RP is the "slackest" poly in singapore. u just need to work smart and save time - and u can get the same grade as someone who is "hardworking" and "enthu" like botak.
cmon, sometimes solo is dumb la. wat is team for? it is to share all the workload.
And wat is our main objective? trying to obtain the best grade out of our faciliator right? wats the point of really really understand the problem statement inside out. yes it is useful, for your own general knowledge.. but still, "A" grade laa!
u can really do alot of things in RP. from playing games in ur laptop to webcamming with friends online. can u imagine the whole class become a lan shop. everyone onto their CS and dota. today just got a new game from my classmate: GTA San Andreas!! shiokness man.
u can even watch movie in class, not only on ur laptop, u can watch it using the projector in class with sound system input. dabao ur food up and enjoy the aircon and movie... sounds familiar? like resort right? haha.

wedding dinner on thursday 18/09/08. long time since i've been to a wedding dinner. previous one was baoting's one i think. um.. that was like almost 1 half years back.

Henry drove us to joo chiat there for durian feast! shandi, yanbing, henry, bernard, siakhong and nelson. the durian i tel u, huge difference from the ones in geylang. 4 season ones are much better, tastier and MORE EXPENSIVE. we had D24 and XO durian if i'm not wrong,
i rmbed got one durian we ordered cost $45! goodness grace.

holidays going to end soon. gonna cherish my every moment now. this is the most boring holiday ever and not productive at all. everyday i woke up like around 2-3pm... cos i have been sleeping late everyday. quite down recently.. maybe cos holiday too lethargic. haha

i watched the notebook last night. i tell you! it was the best romance show ever produced. even better than titanic, a walk to remember and 50 first date.
