today didnt go sch coz is sport day. i not participating and sch only half day, so decided not to go. 1pm had yoshinoya for lunch with desmond, jia tsuey, seow chean and bernard today. haha, jia tsuey cannot finish her food.. forever one. after that we went to toy'r'us walk walk. desmond dunno y suddenly very hyper sia in the shop. i think he had his childhood back at that moment.
3pm after lunch we went back home. my dad, sister and myself brought my dog (joy) to Mount Pleasant (Animal Hospital) coz joy had a uterus infection. the vet told us that she must go for surgery to remove it before it spread to the kidney and parts of body. luckily after checkup we found out that it didnt spread yet. but still must surgery which cost around $800 - $1000! so we had joy hospitalized. man, i can sense the fear in her.
6pm after that i went for prayer meeting. i really feel that the pm is great! binding devils, praying for breakthrough in easter, praying for sun and bennyhinn services... etc. its unlike the previous pm which is more relaxing. kind of. after pm, i saw a message from my dad. my dad told me that joy is fine and the surgery was successful. praise the lord! haha.
10.30pm go home loh. engsing, kristin and myself go tmart mac "ta bao" (takeaway) food back to eat. really starving man.
...11 march 2007... Mr nQ, PI of E345 investivation group, was sent to the botanical garden to investigate to a brutal murder of a CEO of dunno wat company, Mr AB Tan. It was believe that a conspiracy was involved.
ok, nvm. typing that way is troublesome. it was actually a outing organized by 3 cell groups called Mystery March aka M&M. but before i come to that, we had a prayer meeting in the afternoon.
3 cell groups came to yanbing's hse for prayermeeting. haha, last min shijie asked me to bring guitar to play a portion of the whole meeting.. was unprepared. but still i was not bad. lol. after pm, i went to meet desmond, jia suey, sherlynn and alex at tampines mrt platform. then we set off to orchard to take bus to botanical garden.
M&M, actually the objective of the game is to find the murderer who killed Mr AB tan. and to form the storyboard on the incident how AB tan was killed - as accurate, creative and original as possible. then u are required to look for suspect(wielding a lightstick) around botanical garden (which is very big) to question them for their statement. tho, they can be deceiving, leading u to the wrong clue. some suspects will ask u to cross a obstacle to be able to ask them question. using all the statement u asked the suspects, u are required to form the storyboard. and attractive prize will be given!
my group - jia suey, desmond, yong heng and myself set off after taking our stuffs (map, letter, contact list, sandwiches, drinks, photograph clue.) then we went to find suspects lor. lol, the suspect acting very good. so i also act lor. i take out my wallet as PI and tell them thats my ID. and here i am to record ur statement. haha. some suspect very funny sia. desmond and jiasuey both contributed alot too, they really used their left brain. lol. yh cannot say anything coz his one of the organizer. and he even tried to mislead us! haha, luckily i clever.
after that, we went back to the starting point to do the storyboard. we brainstormed really hard man. especially desmond. finally we decided wat to do le, but too late liao. times up. therefore we decided not to use the storyboard. we act the whole scene out. (i will try to post the video later) but i never expect that we will win 1st prize!! haha, our prize was each of us got a gift card for Borders. i dunno how much is inside the gift card la, should be $10+ ba. then after everything, the main suspects all acted out the whole REAL incident. wow, their acting were great. especially adam. haha.
after everything, we went to burger king makan with alot of ppl. alex and sherlynn went home early. nevertheless, the whole outing was very fun and creative too.
beware! devil aka satan is at work! recently somethings happened. it causes me to truly understand the meaning of "devil at work". devil will use any line of attack to harm u. not physically tho. it uses any means to destroy u and preventing to grow strong (not physical test or muscle).
before i was a christian or i shall say unfaithful christian, there isnt devil acts occuring. at least its unnoticeable. but when u grow strong in the Lord and spirtually and rising up in cg and different aspect of ur life, the malevolent devil will pin u down! preventing u by using despicable ways. for example using PO, misunderstanding, illness etc etc.
so therefore we must stay strong in the Lord and climb back up after falling down. get back on track! cont to grow! i believe this is a very good way to test urself. after all, i feel that after those incidents(althought i cannot blame every on devil - haha), i grew stronger both spiritually and different aspects in life.
ho.. since a long time i blogged. quite busy the past few weeks.
anyway, ytd qianhui and jiatsuey came my hse to get angbao. then we went to tmall makan. Long John Silver. after eating we went to take neoprint. haha, i think its my first time taking neoprint since sec1. abit suagu. after taking neoprint i rush down to expo for bible study on divine healing.
the service was great too! the title is making a good apart of doing well. the beginning part of the preaching abit boring. so i doze off a few time. but eventually it became very interesting. it encourage more ppl to become philanthropist. Philanthropy is the act of donating money, goods, time, or effort to support a charitable cause, usually over an extended period of time and in regard to a defined objective. In a more fundamental sense, philanthropy may encompass any altruistic activity which is intended to promote good or improve human quality of life. Someone who is well known for practicing philanthropy may sometimes be called a philanthropist. Although such individuals are often very wealthy, people may nevertheless perform philanthropic acts without possessing great wealth. Some notable philanthropists are Rockefeller, Carnegie, and Gates.
This sermon was really great as it impacted me and i believe i was partly called to be a philanthropist. i also decided to change my way of living and get rid of my bad habits like laziness, complacency, materistic and self-centered, etc etc. i also decided to grow strong and progess spiritually. and lastly was my study which i really need to buck up!
after service i prayed for mavis and sc inside hall8 coz they were sicked. kinda weird coz its my first time i pray for healing for others. haha. nevertheless, it was an experience.
we set off to simei eastpoint to fellowship. and we ate Long John Silver again for fellowship... then we went to the arcade to play pool. had lots of fun.
